Upon arrival I was asked my name twice , given my room number and key. The key didn’t work so back down to reception, they asked my name again and reprogrammed the key. Back up to the room and go in but the room had not been serviced. Back down to reception. Told it’s confusing as the room I had been given had an overnight stay?? It was someone’s room and I had just put my suitcase in it!! The receptionist kept saying it’s confusing and eventually gave me another room. When I asked if she will get my luggage out, she said ‘ I am trying to help you. Your attitude is not good’ seriously?? Not even an apology, like I had done something wrong. She even asked at one point if there was any belongings in the room . I did not check the drawers, I presumed it had just not been cleaned. I asked her to come up, get my luggage and check the ‘new room’ was clear. I asked if anyone else would be given the key to my room to which she said that could not happen… it literally just did!! ♀️ will definitely not be returning and will get it off the booking system my company uses. Beyond bad service
